Encarrilamento
The early game of Ekko revolves around his ability to create opportunities with his Time Rewinder. A reasonable range and considerable area of effect make this ability a powerful gap reduction and passive generation tool, although if Ekko mismanages its use, he will quickly find himself out of mana and in trouble. In addition to accumulating gold, Ekko can use his Q to harass his lane opponent, especially when he changes positions with Phase Jump to land the two hits of Time Rewinder. If you execute this maneuver well, you will have the perfect opportunity to advance with Phase Jump and pressure your target with stacks of Pulsar-Z resonance. And then, having jumped on his opponent to activate his passive, he can simply get to safety by taking advantage of the extra speed.
Ekko's skirmish provocateur role in Lonely Lanes becomes increasingly apparent as he levels up and unlocks his repertoire of skills. The precise use of Parallel Convergence - especially against enemies slowed by Time Rewinder - opens up great opportunities for him: if he manages to hit his lane rival with this ability, Ekko can land on him and stun him with his W and then land a couple of unanswered attacks. Even if your target manages to dodge the crowd control effect, it will have a difficult time to withstand the exchange of blows thanks to the shield of Parallel Convergence.
When the Zaunite's enemies have realized the potential of this ability, he can resort to psychological warfare and use his W to shrink the enemy's field and steal their minion finishers, or to push them into the clutches of the approaching jungle man. Ekko can even get a couple of defensive applications out of Parallel Convergence, such as triggering the ability blast to ward off lethal attacks or casting the ability on itself when the enemy jungler tries to ambush it. This will force rival assassins to choose between interrupting the operation and being stunned by being within reach of Zaun's child prodigy.
Ekko's skirmish and hit trading ability grows even more when he unlocks Cronorruption, which grants you the power to heal and try again when you go through an unfavorable trade or transport yourself into the stun zone of Parallel Convergence to the despair of his lane rival. Cronorruption also offers a great deal of utility: If Ekko is agile enough, he can use his ultimate to escape deadly ambushes or get back on track if he's in a rush to do his shopping after going to base.
Skirmishes
Ekko lacks enough raw power to pulverize her enemies, so she relies more on her cunning than her strength. When the two teams begin to meet, you must look for opportunities to skirmish, harass, and erode opponents from positions of relative safety. Time Rewinder is important here as it offers you the perfect tool for getting stacks of Pulsar-Z resonance when the enemy is grouped. Still, you need to be careful of your opponent's ranged attacks and crowd control abilities. As elusive as this young champion is, endurance is not one of his characteristics and if he lets himself be caught he will soon bite the dust. But if he finds good prey - an enemy already wounded or too far from his companions - he has all the devices, tools, and gadgets he needs to land on him, score the kill, and retreat in relative safety. This is where it comes in Parallel Convergence.
If he manages to place the sphere of this ability between his target and his allies, Ekko will be reducing the spaces to the rivals and therefore forcing them to choose between separating even more from the rest to get to safety or knowingly enter the trap of the young man. zaunite. In either case, a wise use of Time Rewinder will slow down the target enough so that the boy with the wayward hairstyle can fall on him with Phase jump and hit it at will. Once he has punished him enough, Ekko's damage increases significantly thanks to the passive of Parallel Convergence, making low health enemies their preferred targets. Then, at the end of his mission, he must quickly get to safety. If you are in a really tight situation, you can press the big red button called Cronorruption and reappear next to his companions.
Team fights
In larger-scale collective fights, Ekko plays a very different role. It is here that he performs like nobody else every time he can take advantage of his unmatched area skills. After looking for the initiation for your team with Time Rewinder, continue with Parallel Convergence, use Phase Jump into his sphere and, once he has shielded himself and stunned his enemies, he begins to dish out attacks left and right. Then it's just a matter of timing: Ekko has to carefully assess her standard of living for the effect of her ultimate. If you activate the Cronorruption too soon will end up in the rear of his own team, but if he does it too late ... well, that will be too late. But if you do it right and manage to respawn in the middle of the enemy, full of life and with a devastating area effect, it is practically impossible that the combat is not for your team.

---|---|
Gnar
Mini Gnar and Ekko work well as a team. The combined long-range damage and slow ability of Time Rewinder and Boomerang is enough to defeat most champions. But Ekko does much better when Gnar transforms into Mega, as he can engage in combat with Phase Jump to complement the opponent control effect of GNAR! with Parallel Convergence, before launching Chronobreak to rewind time and dispatch everyone Mega Gnar hasn't crushed yet. |
The White
Cronorruptura is a very powerful tool, especially when Ekko plans the use of his ultimate well in advance. However, in the face of champions with great offensive capacity and burst attacks, the young time traveler could fare badly from exchanges and be forced to use Cronorruption just to stay alive. LeBlanc, thanks to his high damage abilities and low cooldown, can force Ekko to adapt to his game and deprive him of the use of his most powerful trade ability for a long time. |
Vi
As Gnar, Vi has a lot of skills that are useful to Ekko to go into combat at full speed and score kills. However, unlike the Missing Link, Vi has a punch of her own and when she starts hanging around with Ekko, this shaggy pair of hairstyles becomes a devastating duo, with enough firepower and crowd control ability to end the first with most of the enemies. |
Fiora
Ideal for Ekko is quickly getting in and out of fights to deal as much damage as possible and without receiving much in return. To your misfortune, Fiora has various ways of twisting his arm and winning most of the duels. After canceling Ekko's first stake with his Lunge, the skilled duelist is able to force combat with two Lunges, before launching himself with a Burst of Speed Burst of Speed to take down the poor boy and leave him with the creeps. And even if Ekko tries to escape using his Cronorruption, Fiora can follow him with a Waltz of Swords Waltz of Swords executed on time. |
Draven
It could be said that Draven is one of the most powerful shooters in the early game, but boy does he miss the crowd control ability that allows him to keep his targets still when he's throwing his axes at them. And this is where Ekko comes in. When placing Parallel convergence between the enemy marksman and his tower, Ekko forces him to approach Draven if he does not want to fall into the trap he sets for him. And although, somehow, I manage to avoid Parallel Convergence, Zaun's brilliant young man can respond with the powerful slowdown of his Time Rewinder. Whatever the case, the axman with the bloodthirsty mustache will score the murder. |
Graves
Parallel Convergence and Time Rewinder have enough slowing ability for Ekko to catch up with most of his enemies, but Graves has more than one ace under the gun to keep his distance and lead in exchanges. A Smoke Screen in place can negate Ekko's second run, and even if Ekko manages to position himself at close range, Graves can respond with a devastating Plomam before falling back at the point of Fast Shots. |
