- Passive - Glacial Augment: Basic Attacks slow down
enemy champions for 2 seconds, increasing with duration. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds.
- melee champions: 40% - 50% (based on level) of maximum slowdown.
- Ranged Champions: 20% - 40% (based on level) of maximum slowdown.
- Passive - Cold Lightning: Slowing down a enemy champion with an active item activates your Cold Beam to fire a laser that cuts a line of X units through the ground in their direction, creating a deceleration field for 5 seconds that Slows units inside by 50%. The cold beam can be fired at any amount of champions at the same time, and has no cooldown.
- Cooldown per target: 7.6.5.4 seconds.
