Boots of Speed. However, purchasing this elixir gives access to Tenacity while having other boots in a full build.
- Elixirs are often acquired at the end of long games when builds are complete and additional gold is still accumulating. They can also be purchased during the middle of the game to get additional temporary stats for ambush and team fighting buff.
- As it increases the size of the champion's hit box, it will cause some abilities to gain additional range as well as increase the range of basic melee attacks.
