Manna It is the resource of some champions needed to cast most of their abilities. The mana source is represented by a blue bar under the green health bar and two numbers (# / #) in the middle of it. The first is the current amount of mana and the second refers to the maximum amount that can be had. Mana regenerates over time, and this speed can be increased with masteries and items.
At 18th level, the base source of mana ranges from 750 Warwick to 1537 Kassadin.
The maximum mana has a value of 1.4 per point. Mana regeneration has a value of 5 per% base mana regen every 5 seconds.

Champion abilities

- Infernal Blade of Kassadin recovers 4/5/6/7/8% of missing mana (increases up to 20/25/30/35/40% of missing mana against champions).
- Rupture in the Path of Kassadin deals 80/100/120 + (20% AP) + (+ 2% of maximum mana) magic damage, up to 240/300/360 + (60% AP) + (+ 6% of maximum mana).
- Arcane Mastery of Ryze grants a shield that absorbs up to 20 + (5 × Ryze level) (+ 8% of maximum mana) with five charges for 2.5 + (0.5 × per level of Electric Shock) seconds.

- Manamune and Muramana increases attack damage equal to 2% of maximum mana. Activation: Single target spells and attacks (on hit) consume 3% of current Mana to deal additional physical damage equal to twice the amount of Mana consumed.
Master Degrees
- Fortitude of Spirit Fortitude of Spirit increases health regeneration by 1 for every 300 mana you have.
Ways to restore mana
You can restore a champion's mana in several ways:
- Mana Regeneration
- Use Mana Potions or Crystalline Flask charges.
- Return to the Resurrection Fountain, which restores a percentage of maximum mana per second.
- Have the blessing or improvement Crest of the Ancient Golem, obtained by slaying the Ancient Golem Ancient Golem or by slaying an enemy champion who already has the buff.
- Have the blessing or improvement Exalted with Baron Nashor, obtained by killing Baron Nashor Baron Nashor.
- The passive effect of Protective Catalyst and Rod of Ages.
- Use Clarity.
- Kill a monster that has Healing Sigil, such as ( Wolf, Wraith Wraith the Golem Golem).
- Kill a unit while having at least one Doran's exit.
- Assassinate or get an assist by having an Unholy Grail of Athena Unholy Grail of Athena.
