- The additional physical damage dealt by Nightstalker is not increased by attack modifiers.
- Nightstalker can be activated from and on clones.
- The user and his clone cannot activate Nightstalker from a single demolition. The clone will only activate Nightstalker on its own if it landed the killing blow.
- If the user activates the Nightstalker's stealth while already invisible, he can be seen again after Nightstalker's stealth ends despite his own invisibility being active.
- The Nightstalker's stealth will end prematurely if the user activates a stealth effect of their own during the nightstalker.
- If the user is Cloaked when Nightstalker's stealth is activated, it will still be visible within the detection radius of its cloak despite being also invisible.

- At the launch, Twilight Blade of Draktharr it used to apply a mark using a basic attack, and after a few seconds it would detonate to deal damage based on missing health in addition to its base damage. This was strikingly similar to Death Mark of Zed.
